Payment and Delivery

Payment:

We offer several payment methods for your convenience:

• Bank Card (Visa, MasterCard)
• Bank transfers (SWIFT)
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT).

After placing an order you will receive an email with payment details. Payment should be made within 7 days.

When your funds are received on our account, your order will be formed in the warehouse and sent by courier service convenient for your region. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment.

Shipping:

We deliver throughout the EU (Nordic countries are an exception, please check with your manager).

For shipping within EU we have a fixed shipping fee of 19 EUR. All orders over 350 EUR get free shipping.

We are careful about privacy: the packaging does not contain any indication of the contents! From the outside, the package looks like a normal parcel from an online store – neutral and inconspicuous so as not to attract unnecessary attention.

Delivery services (DPD, DHL, GLS and others suitable for your region).

Delivery time depends on your region and the chosen delivery method. Usually delivery takes from 3 to 8 business days. During holidays, packages may be delayed up to 13 – 14 days.
